-New themes - Aldura,lgOptimus,JDM MIUI
-In-built dialer has the much needed search features
-Removed exDialer & Claystone launcher
-O ya also a new ringtone

Installation Instruction:
-Download the rom
-Go to CWM Recovery
-Delete Data/Cache & also Format /system
-Select Install .zip from SD and choose CyanogenMediaMod.zip
-Delete Data/cache
-Wipe Dalvik Cache
-Reboot System
